Noosa Sanctuary is a luxury 5 star resort complex consisting of 150 prestige units with exclusive restaurants, day spa, tennis courts, large pool and spa areas with views along the Noosa river. This $110 million development has set a new bench mark in style and sophistication, incorporating the use of a vast array of environmentally friendly products. Hutchinson Builders awarded Thompson Commercial as the successful tenderer for the Carpentry and Plastering fitout on this project.

With a combined total of approximately $7 million and a time line of 18 months this project has been a successful partnership between Hutchinson and Thompsons’ delivering a high quality product on time for the client.
